The 2026–2036 horizon

Disease is not Destiny

Our vision is a decade of focused work: the first five years devoted to preventing disease and helping people manage it better, and the next five years devoted to the harder ambition of eliminating disease entirely.

One mission. Two phases.

Build what helps now.
Pursue what changes everything.

Ten years is long enough to build durable research systems and short enough to demand urgency. The sequence matters. Prevention and management create the evidence, tools, partnerships, and learning networks needed to attempt the greater goal responsibly.

The roadmap

A decade designed in two deliberate acts

  1. Phase 01Years 1–5

    2026—2031

    Disease prevention & management

Use the strongest available human evidence to help people reduce avoidable risk, recognize important patterns earlier, and manage illness with better information alongside qualified clinicians.

    • Translate human evidence into clear, source-linked knowledge.
    • Make de-identified solved medical cases easier to learn from.
    • Build privacy-conscious tools that support earlier, better questions.
    • Connect products and decisions to transparent evidence and quality data.
    • Measure what works, publish limits, and improve continuously.
  2. Phase 02Years 6–10

    2031—2036

    Eliminating disease

Use the infrastructure, evidence, and collaborations built in the first phase to pursue the long-term scientific ambition of eliminating disease entirely.

    • Turn prevention insights into research questions and interventions.
    • Help proven knowledge move faster from evidence to practice.
    • Support research collaborations that address causes, not only symptoms.
    • Make learning systems more useful as their evidence grows.
    • Keep progress open to scrutiny and correct course when evidence changes.

This is a direction, not a guarantee. Medicine advances through evidence, replication, safety, and time. The 2036 horizon is the standard we use to focus our work—not a claim that every disease can be eradicated on a schedule.

Why Dubai

A base chosen for ambition

We have chosen Dubai as our base because of the progressive mindset of its leadership, and we would like to help make Dubai No. 1 in the world for healthcare and research.

For Pure City, that means contributing serious work: attracting global talent, connecting research with practical technology, building with privacy and evidence from the start, and forming partnerships that can turn good ideas into measurable public benefit.

The ambition is global, but a mission needs a home. We believe Dubai is the right place to build it.

How the ecosystem serves the vision

Three platforms. One learning loop.

01

Research clarifies evidence

Pure City Research examines human evidence, surfaces uncertainty and funding sources, and makes the source trail visible.

02

Technology connects learning

SameCase turns de-identified clinical experience into educational patterns that doctors, patients, and caregivers can learn from.

03

Commerce supports delivery

Pure City Shop is intended to connect products to evidence, sourcing standards, and public finished-lot quality records.

The rules that do not change

Ambition needs discipline

Human evidence

Start with outcomes in people and show the source behind every important claim.

Privacy by design

Collect less, de-identify carefully, and never trade trust for growth.

Transparent limits

Say what is known, what is uncertain, and what the work cannot yet prove.

Measurable progress

Judge the mission by useful evidence, safer systems, better questions, and real-world learning.

Disease is not Destiny

We are beginning with the work that can help people now, while building toward the future we believe should exist.

Pure City is a research and technology ecosystem, not a hospital, clinic, or licensed medical provider. This page describes an organizational vision, not a medical claim, diagnosis, treatment promise, or guarantee of cure.
