What is SameCase, and how does it work?
SameCase, at samecase.co, is a two-sided clinical case network where doctors and patients learn from each other's cases. Doctors contribute de-identified solved cases — the presentation, the workup, the diagnosis — and add educational insight to open questions. Patients describe their situation anonymously and are matched to cases like theirs, along with better questions to bring to their own clinician. It is educational only: never a diagnosis, a prescription, or a doctor–patient relationship.
What is Pure City Shop?
Pure City Shop is live at purecity.shop, and pre-orders for Pure City’s first production campaign are opening soon. When pre-orders open, a $100 payment will be applied to the selected product’s final declared price—not treated as a fixed product price. If the final price is $100 or less, any unused funds will be refunded; if it is higher, Pure City will request only the exact balance. Duties-paid delivery will be available to supported destinations when pre-orders open. Pure City Research and the wider Pure City work are crowdfunded through customers’ product purchases on Pure City Shop. Customer payments are purchases, not investments, donations, or equity. Products are traceable to the research behind them and verified by science rather than marketing.
